Our California Road Trip Plan.

Book honeymoon, tick.

Last year we stayed put in the UK with our only holidays being a couple of nights camping and a few nights in the Lakes. This meant we could save our pennies for our wedding in July this year. It's all for a good cause but oh my days I'm itching to jet off into the sun. A lack of holidays for the past 12+ months means we have decided to book the most epic honeymoon possible.

Eating All The Food | Sunderland's Safari Supper Event

I love food. I’d say eating is definitely my favourite hobby, so when I was asked whether I’d like to visit some of Sunderland’s top restaurants, there was no hesitation. To help celebrate in advance of Restaurant Week, which Sunderland Bid are hosting from the 17th to the 25th March 2018, we were invited to have appertisers in one restaurant, starters in another, main courses in another and dessert in yet another! What a concept - I'm definitely going to try this with T on our next date night!

Six Things They Don't Tell You About Camping.

DISCLAIMER: I loooveeee camping. Apart from festivals, I've only been twice properly but it's been great both times. Below is just a bit of a fun post about the things a camping novice like myself didn't realise prior to camping.

On Turning 27.

Shut the front door, I’m 27.

I started writing this post as a list of 26 things I loved about being 26 but I just wasn’t feeling it. Don’t get me wrong there’s probs 26,000 things I've loved about being 26 but I was boring even myself typing them up. Then I stumbled across Grace’s post about her 24th birthday. Her post is all about the things she has learned up to the age of 24 which I think is so much more interesting, inspiring and motivating than what I was originally going to write.

Review | Wags & Whiskers, Stockton.

If you hadn't already guessed, Pepper plays a big part in our lives (for those who don't know who Pepper is, where have you been? she is our five year old Miniature Schnauzer and she is THE best doglet ever), so when we find somewhere for food where you can actually take dogs in and not just sit outside in the freezing cold beer garden, it's pretty exciting.
